Our mission
One Million Bidets exists to help Americans buy the right bidet toilet seat the first time. Every piece of content we publish is judged against that goal.
How we source information
- Manufacturer spec sheets, owner manuals, and FCC filings for technical claims.
- Aggregated verified-purchase reviews across Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, and direct merchants.
- Hands-on testing of flagship products in our reviewers' homes where feasible.
- Direct conversations with manufacturer reps and certified bidet installers.
Our use of AI
We use large language models (Claude and GPT) to accelerate research, drafting, and copy-editing. Every published article is reviewed by a human editor against this document before going live. AI is a tool — accountability rests with the byline and our editorial team.
We do not publish AI-fabricated specifications, prices, or user quotes. Numbers come from primary sources; quotes are real or omitted.
Affiliate independence
Affiliate commissions never determine our rankings. We refuse paid placement and sponsored reviews. If a product is bad, we say so — even when it would pay better. See our full affiliate disclosure.
Updates and corrections
Products change. Firmware updates, replacement models, and price drops happen monthly. We revisit every published review at least every 12 months and update the "Last updated" timestamp. Material corrections are noted at the bottom of the article.
Spot an error? Email corrections@onemillionbidets.com and we'll investigate within 5 business days.
Rating scale
- 5.0: Best-in-class. We'd buy it ourselves.
- 4.0–4.9: Excellent. Recommended for the right buyer.
- 3.0–3.9: Solid. Has compromises but earns its price.
- 2.0–2.9: Skip unless on deep discount.
